Consultation and Walk Through

This package was designed for the “do it yourself” homeowner. The consultation begins with a 1-2 hour walkthrough and evaluation of each room in your home.  We will discuss with you your home’s best features, as well as trouble spots, and give you simple remedies and enhancement instructions in order of suggested priority, that you can complete in a time frame that is comfortable to you.  We will end the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if needed.  You will receive a printed detailed action plan of the recommendations.

Hands On Staging

It is recommended to have us return to your home, after the repairs and changes in the consultation report have been completed, to do the final furniture and accessory arrangement to ensure the home will be at its finest.   We will add those extra touches to create that warm, inviting space your potential buyer is looking for.  We always try to utilize furnishings and décor you currently own but sometimes add or remove pieces to achieve the overall look we desire. (This service is available only after a consultation walk-through)
 Half day = $150 / Full day = $300
 

Showing or Open-house Service

If the homeowner is not available before a showing or they would like some extra touches before the open house, we will prepare the home before the prospective buyer arrives. This process takes approximately one hour. (This service is available only after it has been professionally half / or full day staged)
$50.00 per hour
 

Re-creating Decorating

Whether you are just moving in or are planning on staying in your home, we will advise you on the placement of furniture, artwork, accessories, color choices and storage issues.  Using what you already own we will re-create your living spaces according to your taste and style.
